Sisterly Love

My sister Jennie is my only sibling. We are very close in age, only a little bit less than two years apart. The closeness in age helped us to be so close growing up. Or maybe it was the fact that I shared a room with her almost the whole time she live at home. Lots of late nights talking her ear off. Anyways, she is my best friend.

  

This weekend my sister moved into my parent's rental house, the place I stay at. She currently is waiting on getting residency in Canada. She just got married earlier this month. Her husband Mike is working on building a house on their new piece of land in Lake Country, B.C. She decided instead of moving straight up there after getting married, it would be better to stay down here and make some money to send up their new place. Hence is why she is renting out a room at my place instead of keeping her apartment.

I am glad that I will get to spend a lot of time with her these next few month before she moves up to Canada. I know she says it's only like 7 hours away, but it still isn't the same as being able to have multiple movie nights, trips to whole foods, and gym trips a month. Plus, did I mention that she is an awesome cook!

Here's to lots of good food and sister sister time these next few months!!
